  • 1. How do we pay for your services?

When it comes to website design and development, payment is usually made in three installments.

The first installment is paid after the contact is signed.

The second installment is after we submit the working version of the website.

The third installment is paid before the website goes live.

For marketing campaigns, the client usually pays for our services on a monthly basis, which means that the client pays a pre-agreed amount for our services every month while we are providing our services.

  • 2. How much does a new website cost?

In general, it is very difficult to answer this question without having more information, because the price of each website can vary significantly based on the amount of man hours we have to invest to complete the project according to the client’s specifications.

Website prices at our agency start at €2,000/$2,400

Each offer we send is based on an estimate of the amount of work we need to do in order to finish the project in the best possible way and according to the client’s specifications, and not “deductively” or based on an estimate of “how much can be charged”.

Roughly, most of the presentation-type websites, without special functionalities (these meet most of the criteria for any small business that does not have an ecommerce shop) cost around €2,100/$2,550 at our agency.

Web shops start at €2,700/$3,200, where the price varies significantly based on the number of products that will be in the online store and, more importantly, who will add those products. Therefore, we always offer our clients a solution where we create the web shop, while they have the option to refer someone from their own team to do the work of adding the web shop products, which can be a cost-efficient method for large web shops.

  • 3. What are the best platforms for your new website?

Although our team well-versed in using various platforms for website development depending on the functionality and needs of clients, in the vast majority of cases – WordPress is the best solution.

The benefits of WordPress are numerous, as it allows the client to manage their website on their own with minimal training. This saves customers a lot of money and time in the long run.

  • 4. How does the website development process go?

    Template / theme / pre-existing design:
The process begins with an analysis of the market, competition and best practices in the client’s industry.
After that, our designers compile a list of some 15 design proposals based on current design requirements and UI/UX for 2021.
These fifteen proposals are further forwarded to the development department, which are filtered to ten to twelve solutions based on the very high requirements we have for technical optimization and website loading speed.
Both of these parameters are critical to the website’s marketing potential and smooth user experience.
After the development department, the proposals are sent to the marketing department, which further filters them into some 5 to 6 proposals based on very rigorous marketing requirements.
Our goal is to create websites that make the most of the traffic on the site, and at the same time go in line with the business goals of our clients.
This detailed approach to website design and development before you even start working on it is for several reasons:
We ensure that, whichever solution the client chooses, the same will be adequate for the developing an immaculate and modern website.
In addition, we give clients the option to choose the solution they like best, which is a win-win situation for us.

    Custom design:

The procedure is relatively similar to the one for template/theme website design, except that the client defines what the design of the website will look like with the help of our designers who, in several iterations, come to the desired solution.

Based on that, he starts working on the website development.

  • 5. What is the difference between websites done using a website template or already existing website design and the websites where the design was done "from scratch" (Offer 1 and Offer 2)?

Almost all offers that we send to our prospective clients for website design and development contain two options: Offer no. 1 and Offer no. 2.

The first offer for website design and development is using an already existing theme or design as a model. Based on that model, we are making a new website.

This is a faster and cheaper solution.

The second offer contains a solution that works with the design done “from scratch”, where our designers, in collaboration with the client, define the appearance of the entire website and develop a unique website design that no one else has on the internet.

Another advantage of the offer 2 is that the code is “tailor-made”, so the technical optimization and website loading speed are at the highest possible level, which is a very important item for all companies looking to expand their online presence.

Simply put, you can look at offers no. 1 and 2 in the same way as buying suits. The first offer is standard size, store-bought suit, while the offer 2 is a bespoke suit, made specially for the client.

Which suit you will buy depends on the goals you have for your business.

  • 6. How long does it take to build a website?

With minimal exceptions, all websites made using an existing template/theme/design(Offer No. 1) are completed in 6 weeks.

Websites made “from scratch” (Offer 2) are completed in 8 weeks.

These are deadlines that are two weeks longer than what we really need to design and develop a website. Two weeks of extra time is there in case additional testing is needed or to address unforeseen problems on the site.

This happens very rarely, but it is still a reflection of our desire to deliver a perfect project, every time.

Still stuck ask directly.
