Case study
The Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Prishtina, with its temporary headquarters in Kosovska Mitrovica, is a higher education institution that serves to provide basic academic knowledge in the field of philosophy, sociology, psychology, pedagogy and history. Due to the conditions on the territory where they are located, basic academic studies in language and literature (Serbian, Russian and English) can also be attended within this faculty. For such studies there is a special faculty (Philology) in other universities.
We were approached by representatives of the faculty with the desire to redesign their website. They also wanted other services provided by our agency such as Google Ads and Social Media Marketing.
We started with the redesign using the ready-made theme. However, that theme was full of bugs that needed to be removed in order for the site to work smoothly and without any problems. Also, we made additional adjustments in order for the site to best present the Faculty of Philosophy and what they do. We added CTA buttons, icons and sections that were not part of the theme.
We then turned to Google advertising and Social Media Marketing as the services that give the best results when combined together. We have determined the needs and goals of the Faculty of Philosophy and based on that we have made an appropriate project plan and realistic time schedule. The idea was to rank our client as well as possible on Google and to use social media to create a closer relationship with the clientele they target and want to present themselves to.
In the end, everything turned out fantastic. The site functions flawlessly and is at the level of an institution of a similar character. It was a pleasure to be a part of this project because it is a client who deals with the education of young people who are our future.
